Why did you create the Flex Your Rights design?

The Flex Your Rights design was created as a reminder that freedom must be exercised, protected, and never taken for granted. While the phrase has a fitness theme, its message reaches beyond the gym. Physical strength is valuable, but conviction, courage, and faith are even more important. My hope is that this design inspires people to stand firm in biblical truth, appreciate the sacrifices made by those who defended our freedoms, and encourage conversations about the responsibilities that come with liberty.

What does Galatians 5:1 teach about freedom?

Galatians 5:1 reminds believers that Christ has set us free from the bondage of sin and calls us to stand firm in that freedom. While the verse speaks first of our spiritual freedom in Christ, it also challenges us to live with courage, conviction, and faithfulness.
