Why did you create the Born For A Storm design?

The Born For A Storm design was created to encourage believers who are walking through difficult seasons. It's easy to trust God when life is calm, but faith often grows the most when we experience trials. The message reminds us that God doesn't waste our struggles. He uses them to strengthen our character, deepen our faith, and prepare us for the work He has called us to do. Created in collaboration with the Church & State podcast, this design also reflects a shared commitment to addressing important issues through the lens of Scripture while encouraging believers to stand firm with courage and grace.

What does James 1:2–3 teach?

James 1:2–3 says, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance." James teaches that trials are not meaningless. God uses seasons of hardship to mature our faith, build perseverance, and shape us to become more like Christ.
